Revolutionary Swiveling Front Wheel
The Revolution is designed to strike a balance between a walking and jogging stroller. The Revolution lets you get around the house, the neighborhood, or the market with ease, thanks to the innovative wheel design that expertly handles corners and makes pushing the stroller as easy as steering a bike. The 12-inch swiveling front wheel features a ball bearing headset, a proven technology that ensures durability, reliability, and solid performance. It allows you to handle a city's tight corners, and make your way through crowded aisles, and into cramped elevators with ease.

Additionally, the shock absorbers minimize the impact of uneven pavement or bumps on both urban streets and woodsy trails, which means you can introduce baby to the "off-road" world without sacrificing his comfort or safety. You can also lock the forward wheel for maximum stability for running and straight-ahead walking. Finally, the state-of-the-art suspension system provides for an exceptionally smooth ride.

Safe, Durable Construction
The Revolution has a tough, welded frame made of high strength aluminum alloy and durable, stain-resistant fabric that wipes clean. The ultra-padded seat reclines up to 70 degrees (from vertical) and offer two seat pockets and a large seat back pocket for additional storage of toys and snacks. For added convenience and comfort, you can adjust the shock absorbers for big or small kids.

User-Friendly Design
The Revolution boasts a fast, two-step fold-up design for true stow-and-go portability. A foot-activated parking brake keeps things simple, while the five point safety harness with sternum strap ensures a secure, but not overly restrictive, strapped-in fit. This harness also meets ASTM safety standards, is padded for comfort, and is sewn into the seat fabric and connected to the frame for added safety. The padded shoulder harness offers additional comfort, and adjusts easily thanks to the red plastic pull rings.

The Revolution weighs 23 pounds and measures 38 x 16 x 23 inches (WxHxD) when folded with the wheels on. It is recommended for children who are at least eight weeks old. Please note that babies incapable of holding their head up must have additional head and neck support to ride safely and comfortably. For jogging or off-road stroller use, children should be at least eight months old.

simply awesome. perfect for a suburban life. I would not recommend it for a big city like NYC unless you are close to a park and just plan to use it for that reason. While it folds nicely and quickly, you tend to load it with a lot of stuff which makes it hard to fold. Not useful if you are trying to jump in a cab!

But it is otherwise incredibly durable. We go to the beach where even in puffy sand, it can hold its own. I jog with it on the harder sand. I also rollerblade with it but please no sharp downhills as it can get unstable in fast speeds (I know, stupid and not what it was designed for). On that note, I did have a gentle whip-out while rollerblading (last time I did that, I promise!) and my kid was very safe though super pissed at his dad! The five point harness did its job!

You can also hose it down with is a must!

Finally we got an extra extended sunshade for it that juts out another foot and that completely saves the kid from the harsh and horizontal afternoon sun. I believe its brand is kiddopotamus!

This was our one splurge on a baby product and boy did we choose well. My husband and I both love our BOB. It works great as an everyday stroller...can fit it into the tightest of places with no problem. It's a smooth ride...you really feel like it's almost pulling you along. It's easy to pack up into your car and not too heavy. It's gorgeous. It's easy to run with. We just love everything about it.

I highly suggest getting the drink console for the top. It's only $20 more and what's $20 when you're buying a $400 stroller, right? :-)

I was hesitant to spend so much on a stroller, but I am so glad that I did. My other friends with kids all have stroller envy. This is so easy to fold up, practically pushes itself, turns easily, and really isn't as big and bulky as many of the other joggers. I almost gave them only four stars because the cup holder should come with it instead of being extra, but it's such a great stroller I had to give it five stars anyway.

I totally agree with C. Johnson and everything she/he wrote. I will add 2 more things.. when I'm on the grass my baby still bumps so much.. I really thought the suspension was going to be better. And if you have a chance go to a store and put your child in it.. check how close together the sholder straps are.. and they are a little high for my 11 month old baby, they keep touching her cheeks.. I had to add a little pillow and she seats on it to be a little higher and also to adjust her posture.. If I could, I would go back and return it.. and look for a different model..

Great stroller, but not the perfect fit for petite children August 3, 2010

I really like the BOB for the most part, and we read a million reviews before buying it. But I felt I needed to add some info for those of you on the fence, because if I knew my daughter was going to be quite small, I think I might have looked for a different jogger.

Pros: very sturdy construction, rolls great, easy for jogging, can use with infant carseat, easy to maneuver, quick and easy to fold/unfold, and folds up to a nice small size to fit into the car, nice mesh pocket on back of seat to store cell phone, etc. Great for tall and big kids, fun colors.

Cons: My biggest 'con' is the bucket seat. It simply does not fit a petite child well. There isn't enough support in the bottom and back and so my small 1 year old has always slumped over in it, no matter how I adjust the safety harness. When I put her in, she squirms and cries: awake she just looks awkward, and asleep she looks downright uncomfortable. The seat is very deep too, which is nice if you have a bigger kid, but again, for a smaller one, they cannot see out the sides. The BOB does track way left or way right a lot, and it's a pain to reach down in front and adjust the tracking. At it's price tag, it would also be nice if the BOB included the waterbottle holder and carseat adapter. Also, BOB says you can use the carseat adapter as a "snack tray," but the tray sits WAY too high unless you have a much older or taller toddler, my daughter couldn't even see over it.

So, if you have a small/petite child, I would definitely suggest trying this out before you buy, as much as it is a very well constructed jogger.
