4 out of 5 stars Great Quality for the Price   March 7, 2010
Carpe_Diem (Stamford, CT USA)
I am a Dad, so my priorities for this stroller were pretty simple:

1) Good solid build quality
2) Walk with it and not have my feet kick the wheels (I am only 5' 10", but for some reason I manage kick the wheels of every stroller when walking)
3) Functional sun shade
4) Easy to fold
5) A place to put my drink and small items I pick up at home depot.

This stroller meets all of these criteria. Built quality is as good, if not better than some of the McClaren stuff we saw while on vacation recently. It folds quickly and easily (although it would be nice if it were a bit smaller when it folds) and has a carry handle. The sun shade works perfectly fine for out 18 month old. It is easy to strap her into the seat, and she has plenty of room.

Overall a great design for the money.

Oh and it does not tip over with a diaper bag on the back handles, unless you load said diaper bag with 20 pounds of junk.

5 out of 5 stars Best All Around Stroller!   March 4, 2010
E. Meindl (Minnesota)
Weight: I don't know the exact weight of the stroller, but I barely weight 100 pounds, I'm not very strong, and I can take this in and out of the trunk of my car easily. There is a handle on the side of the frame that is easily accessible when it is folded up in case you needed to carry it any distance. You could also roll it while it was folded up if you needed to drag it a long ways before unfolding it for some reason. One thing to remember: This is NOT an umbrella stroller. It is going to weigh more than a $20 umbrella stroller that really has no features. This stroller is built to act as a primary stroller and is built to last.

Storage: This stroller is a BREEZE to fold and unfold. And it gets very small considering how well built and sturdy it is. I keep this in the trunk of my 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue at ALL times. It is where it is stored. We routinely pack our car for long trips and this fits in our trunk with our luggage, play pen, and whatever else we need to shove back there. I really appreciate how small it folds up and how easy I can get it out of my trunk.

Usability: This is the only stroller my son has ever been in. I had him in there when he was just a couple weeks old and I felt totally comfortable with him being safe. The seat lays completely flat. There is also a rain/wind barrier piece that buttons up the front about six inches which closes him in the seat even more. My son has also fallen asleep in the stroller plenty of times when I needed a make-shift crib for an hour or so when I'm out and about.

Steering: I can TOTALLY steer this stroller with one hand. I think it is the angle of the handles that makes this so easy to do. The height of the handles cannot be adjusted. I am about 5'8". Husband is about 5'11" and neither of us have any problems pushing it. It is also nice to be able to walk through a department store and look around instead of being confined to the aisles because of a stroller that is too wide. This stroller is narrow enough to take just about anywhere you want.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and purchase this stroller over the ever so popular "SUV" stroller. Those are heavy and big and bulky. If you don't need one, don't buy one. If you do need one, consider the Chicco Cortina. After my countless days of researching it was between the Liteway and the Cortina (I was researching every stroller I could find, not just Chicco.) I can't imagine anyone regretting or feeling like they wasted their money on this product.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Quality & Price   March 3, 2010
S. LY (San Jose, CA)
It is very easy to fold and unfold. The weight could be lighter. It looks red in person instead of more orange in the picture. The Liteway Stroller is attractive, excellent quality, and great price. The most important part of all, my daughter loves to ride and nap in it.

4 out of 5 stars Great Stroller   February 26, 2010
Monica Baldwin (Paso Robles, CA)
I got the stroller in Fuego, love the color. The stroller is great. Of course, I wish it had a bigger canopy but all the umbrella strollers have small canopies. I bought this stroller because I had the Chicco Cortina Travel System and was looking for something smaller. My daughter fits great in it with room to grow. She is currently 1 year old and is 25 lbs/30 inches long. I love Chicco products. This one even comes with a cup holder although that wasn't a consideration. It seems to be with other people. I would definately recommend it.

4 out of 5 stars Nice every day stroller   February 24, 2010
Irasema Gomez (Denver, CO)
We have a chariot cougar stroller that is great for going on walks and runs, but a bit bulky for every day use around town. This has been a great purchase as it folds and unfolds quickly, as well as it truly being lightweight enough. I took this with me in the airport and make life so much easier than a larger travel system. The only downside is you have to get just the right angle to prop it open, but still easier than others we tried.
