Product Description Chicco Trevi Stroller The Chicco Trevi Stroller has a load of features and includes a compact 3-D fold which helps separate it from other strollers. The lightweight stroller from Chicco is made of annodized, lightweight aluminum with ellpitical tubing. The Chicco stroller weighs in at just 19 lbs. and is highly maneuverable. Perhaps the greatest feature of the Trevi Stroller from Chicco is that it accepts the Chicco KeyFit Car Seat to form a unique travel system. The Trevi is a lightweight stroller which is highly maneuverable. It is loaded with features. The stroller includes a one hand fold release which makes it extremely easy to fold. A 3 dimensional, compact fold makes this stroller a real catch. The seat is fully reclining with an adjustable 5 position leg rest. The lightweight stroller from Chicco features a peek-a-boo window on the canopy. The Chicco stroller also includes a zip off back panel to protect baby from weather and provide extra ventilation.

Great stroller for us! August 1, 2010 originalcyn This has been a wonderful stroller for us. I had a Keyfit and a Cortina and loved them so I felt safe going with another Chicco stroller. We chose this for our 18 month old because we needed a smaller, easy to transport stroller. I love the 3-D fold. It fits great in the trunk of our compact car. Yes, the canopy isn't great but I didn't expect it to be-most lightweight or umbrella strollers don't have one at all. I have taken this stroller shopping, hiking, and even to explore a cave and I have had nothing but good experiences. I love the larger wheels because they seem to help navigate uneven terrain. I put my diaper bag across the handles and that gives me room in the basket for other items. If I had to list negatives, only one feature comes to mind. When you unfold the stroller, you have to disengage the leg support every time. It's not a huge hassle but it would be nice if it didn't fold up every time you close the stroller. I am very satisfied with Chicco's products and would recommend them to anyone.
I Love this Stroller! Great stroller for small cars (scion xb) May 30, 2010 Nicole Parker-mcginnes 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I drive a Scion XB and it has very limited cargo space so we had limited choices for strollers. I tend to not like large bulky things anyway hence the small car LOL. Our first stroller purchase was a Snap and Go which is the easiest and most compact option for short shopping trips but doesn't allow baby to sprawl and stretch out. Next we bought our Baby Jogger City Mini, which we love but is not compatible with the Key fit 30 car seat (that we use)with its universal car seat adapter. Before my Son was born I really didn't think a travel system was necessary but after having to switch back and forth between the Snap and Go and the City Mini I quickly changed my mind....It seemed we never had the stroller we needed in the car when we needed it UGH! So with the limited space first priority and a much needed travel system next.. We bought the Trevi!
It is no doubt the favorite out of all three strollers and honestly is used the most. It fits perfectly in the Scion XB and we now have the much needed travel system.
Other things I Love about the Trevi is that it is very sturdy..I can put a diaper bag (Skip Hop Dash)over the handles and with its wheel base and design I don't worry about it tipping over. My favorite option on the Trevi, as simple as it is ..is the small pocket in the canopy! I put my keys, wallet and phone there and its much safer than in a parent tray. The cup holder fits all my drinks ..coffee, water, baby bottles... you name it. Actually I thought I would miss the parent tray but I haven't yet! I absolutely Love this stroller!
There are two things I wish Chicco would improve on the Trevi though...the very small tinted visor on the canopy needs to be a little bigger, when we do use it it provides almost no coverage. Second, I would love rubber wheels.. which is just my preference in materials. The wheels work and function on the Trevi just fine and it would probably increase the price if they did.
In all I LOVE this stroller
chicco, trevi stroller March 23, 2010 Kanera Pernsley-salter (philadelphia) I love this stroller, it's light weight, I can pick it up with one hand, and most of all it doesn,t take up a lot of space. my trunk is small and this stroller is perfect.I wish I had brought this stroller first, because the other stroller that my daughter has doesn't get used any more
Not good for the money, would buy something else March 18, 2010 Kathryn55 (DC) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this stroller to go with the KeyFit30 carseat, and I have been really disappointed. Before I owned one, I really didn't think there was much difference in strollers - boy was I wrong. This got good reviews so I figured it would be fine. Alas, I hate it and I want to save other people the frustration I've had. Definitely at least try one out before buying to see if it's what you need. I'm really trying to write an unbiased review.
I'm infuriated every time I have to use it and I watch my daughter squinting and dodging the sun in her eyes, running into everything at the mall, or lurch forward and stop suddenly each time we hit a crack in the sidewalk or the grass. It looks so hard to use I actually am embarrassed if someone sees me trying to straighten it out. I ended up buying a (much better) three-wheeled stroller to replace this.
Negatives:
- The sunshade does absolutely nothing unless the sun is directly behind you.
- Really hard to steer/turn, making it really hard to use at the mall, grocery store, etc.
- Not a smooth ride. Hit one crack in the sidewalk and it lurches forward (not thrilled this kept happening to my infant). Forget about using it on the dirt or grass.
- Our carseat kept getting stuck in it after only a few uses. Also, you really had to cram it in there to make it attach securely.
- Bulky and heavy folded up(yes, most strollers are) but I find it really tough to fit in my trunk (new camry)
- Not easy to fold up/open. You definitely need two hands and your foot, which is usually not possible when you have a baby, keys, dogs, bags, etc.
- Cupholder (for parents) pops off all the time.
- Basket underneath is small, my diaper bag won't even fit.
Positives:
- Good color selection.
- Reclining seat is nice and easy to use.
I would seriously advise someone to look into another stroller and spend your money else where. Good luck!
Great stroller, just in need of a couple improvements February 26, 2010 Kate (Grand Rapids, MI USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We love this stroller. We started using it with the car seat as a travel system but found that the baby preferred it alone on walks. We started using it without the car seat at about 6 weeks old and have never had a problem with him slouching or tipping over even if it is in the most upright position and he is sleeping! I like that it reclines all the way. (We even use it as a changing table during outings! It is spacious and comfortable for my little one. It has amazing tires that will trek across pretty much any terrain with ease.
My only major complaint is that the sunshade might as well not exist at all since it provides zero shade. I am hoping the purchase of a shade extender will help. It is also quite heavy and the seat part doesn't stay very compact when folded. And the cup holder sits VERY low...too close to baby in my opinion.
